The PowerNouse studio is a haven for you to find your inner strength through use of the Pilates Method. Our sessions have been developed with the latest Pilates equipment, as well as a variety of other apparatus used in sports therapies. The studio is a spacious area conveniently located on the Corso at Manly beach with access to buses and ferries only a few minutes walk away. The fully air conditioned studio has separate areas for the mat work classes, studio area, massage rooms and creche.

PowerNouse is open 6 days a week:

• Mon-Thurs : 6.30am-8.30pm
• Friday : 6.30am-4.30pm
• Saturday : 8.30am-1.30pm
