Booking Information Child minding
  • All classes and sessions must be pre-booked and pre-paid
  • All classes and sessions are one hour in duration
  • All equipment, including mats, are provided
  • Classes are non-transferable nor refundable
  • Please bring a towel, water bottle and wear comfortable exercise clothing and socks
  • 4 month expiry applies to ALL combo packages, books of 10 group and private sessions.
  • Cancellation Policy: Full fee will be charged for less than 24 hrs notice
  • Clients new to the studio/machine sessions are required to complete the semi-private machine sessions 'introductory package'.
