Concentration - focus on using correct muscles by fine tuning every movement more efficiently.

Control - use a stable strong base by controlling the correct postural muscles.

Centering - initiate all exercises from the Powerhouse, a band of muscles including the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks area, to centre the body and improve strength and endurance.

Breathing - use the correct breathing methods to assist in control, co-ordination and strength.

Flowing Movement - move smoothly and efficiently without tension or jarring.

Precision - work Smarter, not Harder.
