Louise Restuccia - Kinesiologist
Kinesiology is the science of energy balancing and utilizes a combination of western techniques and eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health. Kinesiology uses muscle feedback as a stress monitor to identify imbalances in a person’s physical, emotional/mental and biochemical energy systems. When these energy blockages are cleared, the body’s innate healing ability is reactivated and the person is aligned to reach their optimum health and well-being.
Our ‘Chi’ or life energy can become blocked for many reasons such as unresolved stress, emotional traumas, nutritional deficiencies or self-limiting beliefs held in the subconscious mind. These blockages can cause a myriad of symptoms including tiredness, lack of energy, lowered immunity, headaches, aches and pains, poor study, work and physical performance and emotional stress.
Kinesiology can assist in improving performance in many areas of your life, including; career direction, relationship issues, stress management, problem solving, productive study, optimizing physical performance, identifying and addressing old limiting patterns, achieving personal goals, maintaining life balance and reaching optimum health and well being. You can be balanced to personal goals and aspirations for any aspect of your life.Louise was first introduced to Kinesiology nearly ten years ago after experiencing her first session as a client whilst she was working long hours in the Entertainment Industry. The session had a profound impact on her life. She was intrigued with the power of Kinesiology and the benefits and understanding she gained from the session.
After a career in theatre and television spanning 15 years and traveling between Sydney, Asia and the West End in London, Louise returned home to Sydney. Desiring a more relaxed work/life balance and with a love of the sea and the sun, Louise settled on Sydney’s northern beaches.
After continuing to enjoy the benefits of kinesiology for a number of years as a client, and with a growing fascination with the modality Louise decided to study Kinesiology full time and practice from Sydney’s northern beaches.Louise enjoys seeing her client’s grow and develop through their kinesiology sessions and finds it the most rewarding career she has encountered.
