At PowerNouse Pilates we take pride in our genuine, caring approach to rehabilitation and fitness.

Established in 2002, PowerNouse Pilates is not only the Northern Beaches premier Pilates Studio but one of the best in Australia. As it is also home to world class Pilates education company 'Polestar Pilates'. So you can be assured that all staff are trained to the highest level as well as making on-going training a priority.

Director Catherine Gannitto, has been living on the Northern Beaches for over 10 years and now has her own family, two girls (1 and 3). Children and family are her passion and that is why there is a Creche three mornings a week, as well as links with Gymbaroo and Kindermusik. Catherine's clients and staff are very important to her and she strives to make PowerNouse a fun and energetic place to visit.
